Monthly Meetings

The October meeting was a great give and take where we discussed issues related to relations between Police & landlords. Guest speakers were: left to right City Councilor Hugh Dunn, Police Chief Joseph Cordeiro, Attornet Andrew Ruff & Asst. City Solicitor John Flor.  

Our September meeting’s featured speaker was Attorney Joe Michaud. Joe presented great information on “ownership entities for landlords.” Thank you Attorney Michaud!

The SCLA was pleased to host New Bedford City Councilor Steve Martins to our May meeting.  Councilor Martins talked to us about issues facing the city, took questions from our members and discussed his possible run for City Assessor.  As always, there was a very good exchange of information.
