Meeting Recap: Financing Your Real Estate Deal

Our recent meeting focused on how to finance your real estate deal, bringing together a strong panel of industry professionals who shared practical insights and real-world strategies.

We began with Grace Moniz of Rockland Trust, who discussed Lines of Credit (L of C) for investment properties and how local banking relationships can support growth.

Next, Carl Superior, Hard Money Lender, explained short-term financing solutions and when hard money can be a strategic tool for investors.

Rob Serpa of Milestone Mortgage provided guidance on mortgage products and lending strategies, followed by Joan Medeiros of Bristol County Savings Bank, who outlined traditional financing options available to investors.

We concluded the evening with John Afonso, who tied everything together by demonstrating how investors can strategically combine these various financing resources to structure successful deals.
