Big night at GNBLA ( soon to be South Coast Landlord Assn.)for our last meeting before the summer.

Jordan Latham, NB Vacant Property Manager, has been working with owners, the court, probate courts, etc. to get properties on the market. Glen Hathaway doing the same in FR.

Alexandra Vasconcellos has a program to help alleviate lead paint and another program to help 1st time buyers.

Highlight came from John Afonso & Craig Snell with real estate market update and then John & Carl Superior with Rental Market Update. Attendees got to learn about real estate values and appropriate rents.
