2021 – February Meeting

February is Finance February at SCLA. Carl Superior and Chris Gallo spoke about Hard Money Lending. Eddie Petras of Mechanic Bank spoke about Commercial Lending. Craig Snell of Milestone Mortgage Solutions spoke of financing 1-4 unit buildings, and Carlos Beta court of New Bedford Housing spoke of the advantages of leasing to Section 8 tenants.
